Chicken with Fresh Tomato Sauce & Couscous

Tonight’s dinner is a recipe from Weight Watchers.  (http://www.weightwatchers.com/util/prt/recipe.aspx?Type=1&RecipeID=207741)  It was very good.  The balsamic vinegar gave it a nice flavor.  My only complaint is that the tomatoes took a little longer to soften than the recipe said, so the chicken got a little cold.  Next time I put the chicken back into the sauce to finish it.  I decided to make garlic & olive oil couscous as a side.  I added a sprig of rosemary to the broth to go along with the rosemary in the chicken.  Very delicious and only 4 points a serving (excluding the couscous)!
