What does EVOO mean?
EVOO stands for Extra Virgin Olive Oil. I picked up the abbreviation from all my years of watching Rachael Ray!
What does s&p mean?
Salt and Pepper, to taste (unless otherwise noted).
What kind of camera do you use?
I normally use my Canon EOS Rebel 2Ti.
What kind of grill/grill pan do you use?
I actually do not have an outdoor grill or grill pan. (I currently live in a townhouse and do not have any outdoor space.) I use my Cuisinart Griddler for all of my recipes that require a grill. I highly recommend it! It’s not only great for grilling, but it’s also an awesome panini maker. And, you can switch out the grill plates to flat ones (like a griddle) to make things eggs or pancakes.
