Tomato Mozzarella Salad

  • Thinly slice mozzarella into 24 squares.
  • Slice plum tomatoes (24 slices).
  • Lay the tomato on top of the mozzarella.
  • Season with s&p and dried basil.
  • Drizzle good EVOO on top, followed by a good balsamic vinegar.
  • Let sit to merry the flavors a little before serving.
