What kind of grill do you have?

I actually do not have an outdoor grill.  (I currently live in a townhouse and do not have any outdoor space.)  I use my Cuisinart Griddler for all of my grilling indoors.  I really recommend it!  It’s great for grilling and making paninis.  And, you can switch out the grill plates to flat ones (like a griddle) to make things eggs or pancakes.  You can get it here if you’d like!
