Hi there! I have a few that can easily be made vegan that were really delicious.
The first is my Black Bean and Lentil Chili. Just omit the cheese (or use a soy cheese in its place)!
The second is one of my favorites: Slow Cooker Turkey & Lentil Chili. Don’t worry though! The recipe I adapted it from did not use turkey at all. I’m sure it’s equally as delicious without it! Just follow the recipe as is, leaving out the turkey. Again, omit or swap the cheese for a soy-based one.
