I’m using my new slow cooker to make a version of shredded chiken recipe i found, and im using onion, tomato’s and carrots to cook with the chicken, obviously its meant to season; and i saw that you use some of the same things to cook with the chicken in the crock pot when you do your shredded chicken recipe. i was wondering what you do with the veggie’s after you’re done with them? I just dont feel right about throwing perfectly good food away, even if its only meant to season.
