Hello there! I really love your blog, I have a few questions though. 1, what is “Evoo?” and does it matter if you don’t use it? And also, on your recent shallot-spaghetti recipe, how do you think it would taste with shrimp in it? Would you recommend it? Thanks!

Hi!  Thanks so much!  EVOO is just short for extra virgin olive oil.  I would recommend using it or a close substitute.  Don’t leave out the oil altogether.  Shrimp sounds like a delicious add-on to the last recipe I posted!  (My husband wished there was some sort of protein in that dish!)  Try sautéing it in garlic and oil, then adding it to the pasta.  Hope you like it!  😀
