*How to Hard Boil Eggs:

• Carefully place eggs in a single layer at the bottom of a pot.
• Cover at least 1 inch above the eggs with cold water.
• Bring to a rapid boil over high heat.
• Remove from heat, cover, and let sit for about 16 minutes.
• Carefully drain, then add cold water and ice.
• Let sit in ice bath until cooled.
• Remove from water and dry.
