Messy Giuseppes

So tonight I made a Rachael Ray version of a sloppy joe (she has many).  This version is from her Express Lane Meals book.  I have made it in the past, and am always fan.  Matt really liked it too.  It has a great flavor, probably from the wine and beef stock.  It is *quite* messy though, so have lots of napkins ready!

I made a few changes to the recipe.  I used Arnold’s whole wheat rolls, left out the mushrooms, and decreased the red pepper flakes to just 1/4 teaspoon.  I also skipped all the butter and just rubbed a half of clove of garlic on my rolls after I toasted them.  Even with these changes, a serving came out to 14 Weight Watchers points.  Tomorrow is leftovers.  I will forgo the roll and cheese, and just have the meat mixture to cut back some more.
